Baking and stuff.

Yesterday I made some Hello Kitty Sandwiches. 

I know it's messy >.>

Well anyway, I made Chocolate Hazelnut and PB&Strawberry Jam.

NOTE: I bought the Hello Kitty Molder/Cutter from ebay

and yes, the Hello Kitty stencil was for free.

It's my first time baking cookies. 

Got the recipe from youtube. haha

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups plain flour

½ cup caster sugar (or superfine sugar, substitute plain white sugar if not available)

¼ cup brown sugar

100g softened butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract or essence

½ tsp bi carb soda

1 cup of choc chips

Add 100g of soften butter, ¼ cup brown sugar,

½ cup caster sugar.

cream this mixing together and once it's well combined,

 add in 1 egg, 1/2 tsp bicarb soda, 1 tsp vanilla extract and

 slowly add in 1 1/3 cups of plain flour.

 And once it is well combined add in 

1 cup of quick melt white chocolate/chocolate chips.

just about a Tablespoon per cookie 

and then in to the oven for 160 C for 12 minutes. 

Cool for 10 minutes before handling them.
